An Eventful Moment offers full service wedding planning as well as day-of coordination services in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and North Texas area.

Every wedding is unique and each bride's needs vary, therefore we can customize our services to your specific desires and budget. Fees are determined based on the level of involvement you require, number of wedding party attendants, guest count, and the location of the ceremony and reception site. An Eventful Moment does not work for referral fees from any vendors.

The String Quartet Package
(Wedding Day Coordination)

If you choose the String Quartet Package, we will meet with you at least one month prior to your Wedding Day to discuss the details of your ceremony and reception. A detailed Wedding Day itinerary will be created and all vendors will be contacted prior to your Wedding Day to confirm their time of arrival and to verify services that will be rendered according to contract agreements. We will attend and direct your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to assure a smooth Wedding Day. No detail is too small – we want your day to be flawless.

The Harps and Flutes Package
(Semi-Comprehensive Planning)

When you choose the Harps & Flutes Package, you will enjoy all the benefits of the String Quartet Package, plus you can choose six additional services for which you need help. This semi-comprehensive package gives you the ability to plan some aspects of your wedding yourself, but allows us to help you select vendors and services where you need assistance (see items below and choose six).


The Symphony Package
(Full Service Planning)

The Symphony Package is full service wedding planning, which includes the String Quartet Package. We will provide advice and assistance on all the many details of your Wedding Day from start to finish – from helping you choose vendors and negotiating contracts to arranging your departure after your beautiful reception. Together we will create the wedding you’ve dreamed of by getting to know you, your style and your priorities while staying within your budget.
